Two players are engaged in a game of rock, paper, and scissors, and your role is to declare the winner for each round. The rules follow the classic guidelines of the game: rock beats scissors, scissors beats paper, and paper beats rock. Your primary task is to determine the winning choice for each round, or declare a draw when applicable. You have a limited time to announce the outcome; failure to do so or incorrectly declaring a result will cost you one life. You start with 5 lives, allowing for up to 5 mistakes.
